The VP of Brand owns how Everyday Dose shows up in the world- emotionally, visually, verbally, and experientially by leading organic social, creative, events, and our robust community. . This role is responsible for building a brand that people feel, not just recognize. You’ll steward the long-term brand vision while ensuring it shows up clearly and consistently across every touchpoint: product, packaging, content, performance marketing, retail, community, and culture.. This is not a “big idea only” role. It’s a strategy-to-execution leadership role that blends intuition, taste, systems thinking, and commercial impact.. What You’ll Own. Brand Strategy & Vision. Define, evolve, and execute the Everyday Dose’s brand strategy as the business scales. Own positioning, narratives, audience clarity, and brand architecture. Ensure the brand remains emotionally resonant, differentiated, and culturally relevant. Act as the ultimate brand decision-maker and steward. Gear up Everyday Dose for retail success by enhancing brand awareness and helping to turn us into a household name. . Creative & Storytelling. Lead creative direction across content, campaigns, packaging, and launches. Ensure all storytelling feels human and unmistakably Everyday Dose. Balance brand-building with performance-driven creative needs. Push for originality while protecting brand coherence. Brand Systems & Consistency. Build and maintain strong brand systems: voice, tone, messaging, visual identity. Ensure consistency across paid, organic, email/SMS, website, packaging, retail, and PR. Create guardrails that empower teams, not slow them down. Identify when the brand is drifting and course-correct quickly. Cross-Functional Leadership. Partner closely with Growth to align brand and performance (no silos). Collaborate with Product and Innovation to shape launches and line extensions. Work with CX and Community to ensure brand promises match real customer experience and solve real customer problems. Be a clear, confident voice in executive decision-making. Team Leadership. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing brand and creative team. Set clear standards for quality, taste, and execution. Create a culture of thoughtful iteration, not constant reinvention. What Success Looks Like. Everyday Dose feels emotionally distinctive and instantly recognizable. The brand scales without dilution; clarity increases as complexity grows. Creative consistently performs and builds long-term brand equity. Customers feel a deeper connection, not just awareness. Teams move faster because brand clarity is strong. What We’re Looking For. 10+ years in brand leadership roles within CPG, wellness, or lifestyle within DTC and retail spaces. Proven experience scaling a brand across channels while maintaining taste and integrity. Strong creative instincts paired with operational rigor. Ability to zoom out (vision) and zoom in (execution) seamlessly. Confident decision-maker who can balance intuition, data, and business needs. Deep respect for the customer and the emotional side of consumption. Comfortable partnering directly with a founder and executive team. Bonus Points. Experience in subscription based DTC .
