We are currently looking for a Dutch and French speaking Technical Support Specialist in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Croatia.. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in the seamless integration and operation of cutting-edge charging infrastructure across multiple countries. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will act as the essential link between customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and rapid issue resolution. You will work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot complex problems, optimize service continuity, and contribute valuable insights to product development. This role thrives in a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative environment, ideal for someone passionate about technology and sustainability.. . Accountabilities:. . Serve as the primary technical escalation point for 1st level support, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution within the Charging Point Management System (CPMS) domain.. . Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance customer satisfaction.. . Provide in-depth technical support for all products, facilitating a seamless experience for Charge Point Operators and internal teams.. . Troubleshoot complex technical issues by analyzing logs, conducting diagnostics, and replicating errors in test environments.. . Collaborate closely with development teams on critical incidents to ensure swift resolution and maintain service continuity.. . Monitor system health proactively, identifying risks and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).. . Contribute to process improvement by sharing customer insights, participating in knowledge transfer sessions, and refining support workflows.. . . Minimum 2 years’ professional experience in technical customer support, preferably within a fast-paced, agile startup environment.. . Solid understanding of network technologies and Linux operating systems, with strong IT troubleshooting skills.. . Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and calmly to both technical and non-technical audiences.. . Passion for innovation and new technologies; knowledge of e-mobility and software development is a plus.. . Strong team player who also works independently and actively contributes to process improvements and knowledge sharing.. . Fluency in Dutch and French, with very good English skills; German is a strong advantage.. . Willingness to learn and develop in areas beyond current expertise.. . . Company Location: Germany.
