As a Director of Product Management, Care at Firefly, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our products and services. You will work cross-functionally with Clinicians, Operations, Technology, and Growth teams to develop solutions that enhance our value propositions, streamline operations, improve provider and member engagement, and drive business growth. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic startup environment.. You will:. . Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to prioritization, launch and iteration.. . Refine, and enhance our tech forward approach to care delivery and population management.. . Develop a deep understanding of Firefly’s health plan and care offerings, including  key value propositions and opportunities for market differentiation.. . Champion a member-first approach, leveraging user research, feedback loops, and engagement metrics to optimize plan offerings and service delivery.. . Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders to innovate our care model, heavily focused on service design, process, metrics, and tech infrastructure which improve outcomes  while reducing total cost of care. . .  . You’d be a good fit if you have:. . 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in care delivery , value-based care, and/or tech-enabled services.. . Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions and roadmaps.. . Proven track record of launching and managing successful healthcare-related products in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage company.. . Experience working with agile development methodologies, continuous delivery, and cross-functional teams.. . Strong problem solving skills, ideally leveraging modern AI, ML, and Agentic workflows to accelerate workflows.. . Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.. . Experience leading change management across operations, technology and clinical teams.. . A practical understanding of healthcare from both a clinical and actuarial perspective. . .
