Manage customer inquiries regarding food orders, delivery schedules, and service-related questions via phone, email, and chat in Italian.. . Provide detailed information about menu items, promotions, and delivery options.. . Assist customers in troubleshooting issues with their orders and ensure prompt resolutions.. . Resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up.. . Collaborate with delivery personnel and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.. . Stay informed about food and beverage trends to better assist customers and offer suggestions.. . .
