Utilize GRC tools to manage risk and maintain accurate security documentation.. Conduct routine audits, including user access reviews and system vulnerability assessments.. Respond to security incidents, providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations.. Review and track vulnerability scan findings (Nessus, Fortify, Database scans).. Recommend security enhancements to senior IT staff and management.. Stay up-to-date on security intelligence and anticipate potential threats.. Ensure compliance with standards including FISMA, ISO 27001, HIPAA, HITECH, and NIST frameworks.. 6+ years of experience managing security programs across IT systems and networks.. Knowledge of network architecture, topology, and protocols, with experience in both operating systems and cloud platforms.. Familiarity with NIST 800-37 Risk Management Framework, NIST SP 800-53, and Certification & Accreditation processes.. Ability to identify, communicate, and mitigate security vulnerabilities.. Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex technical information to non-technical staff.. Experience coordinating with security teams to maintain program consistency and compliance..
