Assist Italian-speaking customers by providing top-notch technical support via phone, email, and chat.. . Effectively diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products and services.. . Guide customers through solutions with clear and concise instructions.. . Document customer issues and resolutions accurately in our support system.. . Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address and escalate complex technical problems.. . Stay informed on product updates and technical changes to continuously provide effective support.. . . Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.. .
