Provide specialized support to Dutch-speaking clients throughout their onboarding and engagement with the video streaming platform.. . Respond promptly to client queries and resolve technical challenges in Dutch.. . Conduct training sessions to equip clients with comprehensive knowledge of the platform's functionalities.. . Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their streaming requirements and challenges.. . Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and suggest improvements to the platform.. . Stay updated on trends in the video streaming industry to provide relevant insights to clients.. . Document client interactions and contribute to the enhancement of support resources.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.. .
