Build treatment plans that reflect client goals and needs. . Monitor outcomes and adapt approaches as needed. . Collaborate with colleagues to ensure coordinated care. . Maintain accurate documentation for every session. . . Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy. . Licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC). .
