Key Responsibilities. . Manage customer inquiries regarding logistics services, shipment tracking, and supply chain processes via phone, email, and chat in Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish).. . Provide accurate information on service offerings, prices, and delivery timelines.. . Assist customers with order placement, changes, and issue resolution.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for optimal follow-up.. . Work closely with logistics teams to ensure timely communication of customer requests and service updates.. . Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance the customer experience.. . . Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.. .
