Handle emergency calls from Czech-speaking customers with quick and professional responses.. . Assess emergency situations and provide clear, supportive guidance while coordinating with service teams.. . Ensure that clients feel supported and well-informed through the roadside assistance process.. . Accurately document all customer interactions and service requests in the company’s database.. . Collaborate with local service providers to deliver timely assistance and solutions.. . Engage in continuous training to improve your knowledge and skills in roadside assistance services.. . Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and feedback.. . . Fluent in Czech and English, both written and spoken.. .
