Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our clients' listings are accurately represented and optimized for maximum visibility and bookings.. Key Responsibilities:. . Guide new hotel clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to our platform.. . Collect and verify key information regarding hotel properties, amenities, and unique selling points.. . Create and optimize listings on various platforms, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, photos, and pricing.. . Provide training and support to hotel staff regarding best practices for managing listings and engaging with guests.. . Monitor and resolve any issues that arise during the onboarding process, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.. . Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to implement strategies that enhance listing visibility and drive bookings.. . Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to continually improve our onboarding processes.. . English proficiency is mandatory. . . Qualifications:. . Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.. . 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, onboarding, or a similar role.. . Familiarity with online travel agencies (OTAs) and short-term rental platforms.. . Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.. . Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.. . Proficient in using CRM software and data analytics tools.. .
