You’ll also oversee content creation, paid social, and growth strategy within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.. Responsibilities:. . Manage . LinkedIn Ads campaigns. : allocate budget, optimize spend, and maximize lead quality . . Target . specific industries, companies, and job titles. using custom audiences . . Read and interpret . LinkedIn Campaign Manager reports. (CTR, impressions, CPL, engagement, etc.) . . Make . proactive campaign adjustments. based on performance metrics . . Post content on LinkedIn and . measure what resonates. — pivot topics and formats accordingly . . Collaborate with Sales & Product teams to extract content ideas and case studies . . Build campaigns that attract, convert, and retarget based on funnel stage . . Continuously test and optimize like a . chemist in a lab. — adjusting formulae weekly based on measurable insights. . . Have . 3–5+ years managing LinkedIn Ads. for a B2B SaaS company . . Can walk through . real decisions you’ve made based on LinkedIn report metrics. . . Are fluent in interpreting performance data and . pivoting strategy. accordingly . . Have hands-on experience with tools like . LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, HubSpot, Apollo. , etc. . .
