The Head of Technology will be responsible for defining and executing the firm’s technology strategy, ensuring that systems, platforms, and tools align with the business objectives of delivering efficient, secure, and scalable staffing solutions. This leader will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of internal and client-facing technology while fostering innovation to maintain a competitive edge in the staffing industry.. Key Responsibilities. Technology Strategy & Leadership. . Define, develop, and execute the company’s overall technology strategy in alignment with business goals.. . Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities where technology can enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and client satisfaction.. . Lead digital transformation initiatives within the firm.. . . Systems & Infrastructure Management. . Oversee implementation, integration, and optimization of ATS, CRM, HRIS, and other recruitment-related platforms.. . Ensure seamless use of automation, AI-driven tools, and analytics in staffing operations.. . Maintain data security, compliance, and infrastructure reliability.. . Team Leadership & Collaboration. . Build, mentor, and manage the technology team, including developers, IT specialists, and systems administrators.. . Foster collaboration between technology, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure solutions address real business needs.. . . Innovation & Continuous Improvement. . Stay abreast of emerging technologies relevant to staffing, BPO, and consulting.. . Recommend and implement tools that improve candidate sourcing, assessment, onboarding, and client delivery.. . Drive adoption of advanced analytics and reporting for better business insights.. . . Vendor & Stakeholder Management. . Qualifications & Requirements. . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Management, or related field.. . Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior technology leadership role, preferably within staffing, BPO, recruitment, or consulting.. . Strong knowledge of ATS, CRM, HRIS, and SaaS platforms commonly used in recruitment and outsourcing environments.. . Expertise in systems integration, cloud technologies, data security, and automation.. . Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation projects in operations-heavy or BPO environments.. .
