Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback from users regarding government services.. . Assist in the resolution of issues and provide accurate information promptly.. . Fluency in either Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish, both spoken and written.. . Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably in government or public sector.. .
