Key Responsibilities. . . Requirement Gathering & Analysis. : Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Translate them into functional specifications and actionable insights. . . . Process Improvement. : Evaluate existing workflows and systems, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimized solutions that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. . . . Documentation & Reporting. : Prepare comprehensive documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams. Maintain traceability matrices to ensure alignment across project stages. . . . Stakeholder Management. : Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to drive consensus. . . . Data Analysis & Insights. : Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, assess performance, and support decision-making with evidence-based insights. . . . Testing & Validation. : Support quality assurance activities by reviewing test plans, validating test cases, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs. . . . Change Management. : Assist in preparing training materials, user guides, and change impact assessments to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes. . . . Agile/Project Support. : Work closely with product owners and development teams in an Agile environment, ensuring requirements are well-defined and implemented within timelines. . . Skills & Qualifications. . . Experience. : 3–4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT, consulting, financial services, or similar domains. . . . Analytical Skills. : Strong ability to analyze complex data, interpret business requirements, and propose actionable solutions. . . . Technical Proficiency. : Hands-on experience with tools like MS Excel, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI/Tableau, or similar reporting/requirements management tools. . . . Documentation Skills. : Expertise in creating BRDs, FRDs, wireframes, and process maps. . . . Domain Knowledge. : Familiarity with business operations, process flows, and industry-specific requirements. . . . Communication Skills. : Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms for stakeholders. . . . Problem-Solving Ability. : Proactive mindset with a structured approach to tackling business challenges. . . . Agile Methodology. : Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, writing user stories, and participating in sprint planning. . . .
