We are seeking a Total Rewards Lead Analyst to support the development and management of comprehensive compensation and benefits programs. This role plays a critical part in aligning reward strategies with business objectives, ensuring market competitiveness, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will partner with leadership, HR colleagues, and external vendors to optimize programs that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance. Compensation & Benefits Management. – Assist in analyzing, documenting, and administering total rewards programs, including base pay, bonuses, equity, and benefits plans.. . . Market Insights. – Incorporate external market trends and survey data to provide guidance on compensation recommendations and ensure competitiveness.. . . HRIS & Data Integrity. – Maintain accurate total rewards data in HR systems and support reporting requirements.. . . Program Administration. – Oversee benefits programs, open enrollment, and compliance with legislative requirements such as ACA, FLSA, and COBRA.. . . Employee Support. – Respond to employee inquiries, liaise with vendors, and facilitate new hire orientation programs.. . . Policy & Compliance. – Update employee handbooks, labor law postings, and support compliance audits to ensure adherence to regulations.. . . Communication & Collaboration. – Develop materials and coordinate with cross-functional partners to implement reward programs that support organizational goals.. . . Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards roles.. . Experience implementing, managing, and optimizing reward programs, including equity and bonus plans.. . Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and project management capabilities.. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.. . Knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and industry best practices.. .
