Serve as a trusted tax advisor and manage a portfolio of self-employed and small business clients.. . Prepare, review, and sign off on personal and business tax returns, including Forms 1120, 1120S, and 1040.. . Build, lead, and mentor a team of junior tax professionals, supporting their growth, success, and accountability.. . Provide high-impact guidance on financial optimization, entity formation, quarterly checks, and tax estimates.. . Partner with internal stakeholders to communicate tax updates, changes, and best practices.. . Support continuous improvement of tax processes, tools, and client experience.. . . . CPA or Enrolled Agent with 5+ years of hands-on experience working with S corporations.. . Minimum of 2 years of relevant tax experience managing small business and self-employed clients.. . Demonstrated experience preparing, reviewing, and signing off on tax returns (Forms 1120, 1120S, 1040).. . Experience serving 10+ self-employed or small business clients (under $1M in revenue).. .
