We are looking for Residential Conveyancers to join our fantastic team. With 100% remote working, on any given day you could be doing one or all of these things:. . Ownership and responsibility for managing a caseload of mixed residential property cases from instruction through to completion. . Provide cover for colleagues on other cases with direction from Team Leaders. . Use the case management system to accurately update case tasks and activities in a timely manner . . Manage deadlines and deal with exchange of contracts and completion of transactions. . Providing proactive communication to keep customers, partners and other conveyancers updated on case progress. . Resolve complex legal issues related to the sale or purchase of a property. . Undertake file audits and reviews . . Deliver KPIs that provide excellent customer service and satisfaction. .
