In this highly visible and mission-driven role, you will collaborate closely with security experts, engineers, and public safety clients to shape tools that help agencies navigate complex compliance and data protection challenges. Accountabilities:. . Lead the creation and development of cybersecurity and compliance-focused products, translating public safety customer challenges into effective solutions.. . Conduct deep customer discovery, including interviews and research into regulatory frameworks such as CJIS, NIST, and FedRAMP.. . Collaborate with engineering, design, and the CISO to define product requirements, write user stories, and prioritize development for MVP and long-term releases.. . Drive the product roadmap, go-to-market strategies, and cross-functional coordination to align with organizational vision and customer needs.. . Ensure product integrity by paying attention to detail, aligning features with compliance demands, and iterating based on user feedback.. . . At least 5 years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.. . Proven ability to write clear product requirements and user stories, conduct customer interviews, and drive product strategy.. . Experience working with engineering and design teams in agile environments.. . Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance domains is a strong plus (e.g., FedRAMP, CJIS, NIST), but not required.. .
