In this role, you will act as the primary technical contact for complex issues, troubleshooting across cloud environments, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and source control systems. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to resolve critical problems, provide proactive guidance, and ensure successful adoption of the platform. Serve as the main technical contact for enterprise customers, managing critical issues end-to-end.. . Troubleshoot and resolve challenges across cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, APIs (REST/GraphQL), source control systems (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket), and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).. . Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify root causes, drive fixes, and provide actionable feedback for platform improvements.. . Monitor system performance using observability tools such as Grafana, diagnosing integration and operational issues.. . Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and training materials to empower customers and internal teams.. . Advocate for customer needs, ensuring their input informs product development priorities and enhancements.. . Participate in process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of support operations.. . . 3+ years of experience in technical or product support, preferably in SaaS, AppSec, or DevOps platforms.. . Tier 3-level troubleshooting skills across source control systems, APIs, cloud platforms, monitoring tools, operating systems, containers, CI/CD pipelines, and databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).. . Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for diagnostics and automation.. .
