In this role, you will:. 📊 Prepare and maintain financial data, models, and reports (e.g., 13-week cash flow). 📈 Support forecasting, budgeting, and ad hoc FP&A analysis. 📉 Conduct variance analysis, KPIs, and identify financial trends. 📝 Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights. 🤝 Collaborate asynchronously with CFO partners, documenting workflows and findings. ⚙️ Identify opportunities for process improvements and AI automation. ✅ Ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk awareness in financial reporting. To excel in this role, you need:. ✅ 5+ years of financial analysis / FP&A experience. ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. ✅ Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills. ✅ Excel/Google Sheets expert-level proficiency. ✅ Experience working remotely for an International/US based Business and asynchronously. ✅ Strong interest in using AI to amplify your effectiveness. ✅ Strong communication skills in English.
