About the Role. Our Inside Account Managers are the driving force behind customer relationships and business growth. In this role, you’ll connect with customers, focusing on new business acquisition, re-engaging past clients, and strengthening existing partnerships. You’ll represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm while helping customers find solutions that fit their needs.. What You’ll Do. Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Support branches and outside sales teams to achieve revenue goals. Execute the annual sales plan with guidance from your Sales Manager. Provide exceptional service through timely communication and proactive follow-up. Maintain accurate records and activity logs in the CRM system. Assist in resolving customer concerns with professionalism and follow-through. Participate in company meetings, training, and professional development opportunities. What We’re Looking For. Excellent communication and active listening skills.
