Accountabilities. . Assist senior sales executives by maintaining CRM data, qualifying inbound leads, and coordinating initial discovery calls.. . Shadow experienced team members to learn sales strategies, product knowledge, and client engagement techniques.. . Support marketing campaigns and enterprise outreach efforts by setting meetings and conducting follow-ups.. . Participate in product training and curriculum-based onboarding to build a comprehensive understanding of mortgage technology solutions.. . Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, scheduling appointments and supporting onsite sales activities.. . Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and product teams.. . Contribute to long-term sales success by preparing for future promotion into a territory-based sales executive role.. . . Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.. . Experience or exposure to the mortgage industry, especially in originations, secondary marketing, operations, or fintech, is a plus.. .
