Senior Recruiter at GXA. Position Overview. We are seeking a full-time Remote Senior Recruiter to serve as a key recruiting partner for GXA. This role goes beyond technical recruiting and will support hiring across a wide range of functions including engineering, service delivery, cybersecurity, sales, marketing, operations, administrative, and leadership roles.. The ideal candidate is a strong recruiter who knows how to identify quality talent, assess fit, communicate professionally, and keep recruiting pipelines moving. This person should be comfortable supporting a growing company with diverse hiring needs and should be able to recruit effectively for both technical and non-technical positions.. Recruiting Strategy & Talent Support. · Develop and execute recruiting strategies for open roles across GXA. · Help refine job postings, role profiles, and candidate messaging to attract stronger applicants. · Advise hiring managers on talent market conditions, compensation expectations, and recruiting best practices. · Support improvements to recruiting workflows, screening processes, and interview coordination. Candidate Sourcing. · Source qualified candidates for a variety of positions across the organization, including:. o Technical and engineering roles. o Help desk and service delivery roles. o Cybersecurity and cloud positions. o Sales and business development roles. o Marketing roles. o Operations and administrative roles. o Management and leadership roles. Candidate Screening & Evaluation. · Conduct recruiter phone/video screens. · Evaluate candidates for experience, communication, professionalism, and overall fit. · Pre-screen candidates for technical, functional, and cultural alignment. · Present only strong, qualified candidates to hiring managers. Interview Coordination & Candidate Management. · Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders. · Manage candidate communication throughout the recruiting process. · Maintain a strong candidate experience through timely follow-up and professional communication. · Help move candidates efficiently through the hiring funnel. Recruiting Operations. · Maintain active candidate pipelines for priority roles. · Track recruiting progress and provide regular status updates. · Identify recruiting bottlenecks, candidate concerns, and areas for improvement. · Support offer-stage coordination and closing efforts. Qualifications. · Prefer candidates with strong IT recruiting backgrounds. · Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a senior or lead recruiting capacity. · Strong track record recruiting across multiple functions, not just one specialty. · Experience hiring for technical roles such as infrastructure, cloud, security, or service delivery is strongly preferred. · Experience supporting hiring for sales, marketing, operations, and administrative roles is also important. · Strong screening and candidate evaluation skills. · Excellent verbal and written communication. · Strong organizational skills and follow-through. · Ability to manage multiple open roles at once. · Comfortable working remotely and supporting a US-based company. · Experience recruiting for MSPs, IT services firms, professional services firms, or growing SMBs is a plus.
