We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Client relations Specialist in Colombia or Mexico.. Role Overview:. We are looking for a proactive and client-focused . Client Relations Specialist. to provide top-tier support and relationship management for our clients and partners. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, fast issue resolution, and ongoing client satisfaction.. Key Responsibilities:. . Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms.. . Assist with account opening, KYC verification, deposits/withdrawals, and platform navigation (MT4/MT5, cTrader, TradingView or proprietary platforms).. . Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and/or institutional clients and partners to improve retention and client satisfaction.. . Provide guidance on trading tools, promotions, and company offerings in a professional, compliant manner.. . Proactively follow up with clients to ensure a smooth trading experience and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.. . Collect and report client feedback to help improve products, services, and support processes.. . Stay up to date with company policies, market news, and regulatory changes relevant to the Forex/CFDs industry.. . . Candidate Profile. :. . 1–3+ years of experience in client support, account management, or a similar role in the Forex/CFDs or online trading industry.. . Native Spanish and excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).. . Understanding of MT4/MT5, cTrader, TradingView platforms, basic trading terminology, and financial markets.. . Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle clients from different backgrounds and regions within Latam.. . High attention to detail, especially in handling sensitive client information.. . Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.. . Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends, if required.. . . Will be considered as a plus:. . Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk). .
