We are currently seeking a Remote Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who is excited to deliver high-quality, client-centered therapy in a virtual environment. In this flexible remote position, you’ll provide mental health services via telehealth to a diverse client base across California — helping people grow, heal, and thrive from the comfort of their homes.. What You’ll Do:. . Conduct individual, couples, or group therapy sessions via secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.. . Complete comprehensive intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.. . Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation using our electronic health record (EHR) system.. . Provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that aligns with clients' unique backgrounds and identities.. . Collaborate with other clinicians, case managers, or psychiatric providers as needed for continuity of care.. . Attend clinical team meetings and participate in optional supervision and professional development programs.. . . Active LPCC license in the state of California (required).. . Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.. . Must reside in California and be legally eligible to work in the U.S.. . Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience (more preferred).. . Experience treating common diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.. .
