We are currently looking for a Senior Partner Manager in the United States.. This role offers the opportunity to lead and grow strategic partnerships in the dynamic eCommerce and digital marketing space. The Senior Partner Manager will focus on developing new and existing agency relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering value to partners. You will collaborate across internal teams to support partners with sales enablement, technical guidance, and business insights. This position requires a proactive, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys building meaningful relationships. Your work will directly impact customer success, partner satisfaction, and overall business expansion while providing a platform to innovate and lead in partnership strategy.. . Accountabilities. . Identify and research prospective partners with aligned business objectives.. . Develop compelling value propositions to engage referral partners, systems integrators, and influencers.. . Provide sales support to existing and potential partners, including training, customer visits, technical information, demonstrations, and proposals.. . Collaborate with Partner Enablement teams to strengthen agency relationships.. . Structure and negotiate referral agreements with prospective partners.. . Build strong, trusted relationships, understanding partner concerns and enhancing their business outcomes.. . Prepare presentations, conduct webinars, and lead workshops to educate partners.. . Continuously identify new opportunities to expand the partner network and drive revenue growth.. . . Proven track record in partner management, business development, or digital marketing, preferably within eCommerce or technology.. . Strong drive to identify and pursue new opportunities, with the ability to meet lead generation and revenue targets.. . Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain partner relationships.. . High-level spoken and written English proficiency.. . Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.. . Enthusiasm to understand partner businesses and deliver tailored solutions.. .
