As a Front Office Technical Support Specialist, you will interact directly with clients, helping them resolve technical issues and ensuring a smooth user experience. Your expertise will not only help maintain client satisfaction but also contribute to the improvement of our services.. Responsibilities. . Provide technical support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. . Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues effectively. . Document technical issues and solutions in our support system. . Advise clients on best practices and usage of our products. . Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues. . Engage in continual training to enhance your product knowledge and technical skills. . Collect and analyze client feedback to provide insights for service improvements. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is advantageous. . Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and provide clear instructions. . Proficient in using support ticketing systems and Microsoft Office Suite. . Attention to detail and organizational skills. .
