Languages: English & Korean (Fluent). Key Responsibilities. Conduct outbound prospecting via . email, LinkedIn, and phone calls. to identify qualified leads. . Engage with . Korean-speaking decision-makers. in marketing and sales functions. . Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities within . CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). . . Collaborate with marketing teams on localised campaigns for the Korean market. . Research target accounts to personalise outreach and increase engagement rates. . Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and support pre-sales activities. . Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach, meetings, and qualified opportunities. . Fluency in Korean and English. (written and verbal) is essential. . Minimum . 1 year of experience in outbound B2B sales, lead generation, or SDR role. (Demand Generation, SaaS, or Marketing Technology preferred). . Strong communication and persuasion skills. . Familiarity with . CRM tools. (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). . Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setup. . Experience using . LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo. is a plus. . Understanding of the .
