We are seeking a talented Technical Consultant to join our Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O team. The role will focus on designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions tailored to business needs across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Dynamics 365 F&O development and integration, a strong technical mindset, and a collaborative spirit. . Key Responsibilities . • Design and develop customizations in D365 F&O using X++, SSRS, and data entities. . • Participate in full-cycle implementations: requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support. . • Work on integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Power Automate, and APIs. . • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps for deployment automation. . • Customize forms, workflows, and reports (SSRS/Power BI) based on business processes. . • Perform data migration using the Data Management Framework (DMF). . • Collaborate with functional consultants and clients to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions. . • Provide post-go-live technical support and troubleshoot issues effectively. . • Document technical designs and develop reusable components. Required Skills & Experience . • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 Finance & Operations technical development. . • Strong expertise in X++, SSRS, SQL, and Visual Studio. . • Experience with Azure DevOps, pipelines, and version control (Git). . • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate). . • Knowledge of Azure integrations – Logic Apps, Functions, and Blob Storage. . • Experience working with LCS (Lifecycle Services) and environment management. . • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. . • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.. Preferred Qualifications . • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate (MB-500). . • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Power Platform Fundamentals. . • Experience with AX 2012 upgrade projects to D365 F&O. . • Knowledge of CI/CD best practices in D365 environments..
