Responsibilities. . Deliver high-quality customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via chat, email, and phone.. . Address customer inquiries and issues related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical problems.. . Resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.. . Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.. . Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.. . Keep up-to-date with gaming products and industry developments.. . . Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.. . Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the iGaming sector, is preferred.. . Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.. .
