In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking clients, assisting them with their telecommunications inquiries and ensuring they receive the best possible service.. Key Responsibilities. . Deliver high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding telecommunications and connectivity services.. . Respond to inquiries related to products, services, accounts, and technical issues with accuracy and professionalism.. . Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty.. . Document all customer interactions in our CRM system to track communications and identify areas for improvement.. . Collaborate with technical teams to provide effective solutions to customer needs.. . Stay updated on telecommunications trends and company product offerings to provide informed support.. . . Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.. . Experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications or technology sectors, is preferred.. . Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer engagement and relationship-building.. . Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.. . Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is an advantage.. . Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.. .
