Address customer inquiries related to transportation services, booking processes, and pricing via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.. . Provide information on shipping options, schedules, and regulations relevant to rail and shipping services.. . Assist customers with reservations, modifications, and cancellations of transportation services.. . Resolve issues and complaints quickly and thoughtfully, ensuring customer credentials are met.. . Accurately document all customer interactions within the CRM system for record-keeping.. . Work closely with internal teams to provide customers with accurate and timely updates.. . Stay updated on transportation industry trends and service offerings to enhance customer support.. . . Fluency in Italian (both oral and written) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.. .
