The Regional Parts Manager is responsible for developing and executing a cohesive regional sales strategy to achieve annual sales and profitability targets. This individual manages and grows customer accounts within their assigned U.S. region, focusing on both existing customers and new business opportunities. The role includes strategic planning, sales execution, customer relationship management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure the highest level of service and support..  . WHAT YOU WILL DO:.  . Sales Strategy & Execution. ·         Develop and refine a regional sales strategy to meet annual sales budgets and profit targets.. ·         Update and adapt strategy based on market conditions, company goals, and customer needs.. ·         Report regularly on regional sales performance and key opportunities.. ·         Drive execution of sales growth initiatives, especially targeting new customer acquisition and retention of existing accounts..  . Customer Engagement. ·         Conduct regular on-site sales visits and proactive outbound calls to key accounts.. ·         Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve issues related to backorders, complaints, technical support, and part availability.. ·         Recommend appropriate stocking levels and products based on customer operations/fleet analysis.. ·         Promote and introduce new products, programs, and value-added services..  . Business Development. ·         Analyze competitor product usage, pricing and recommend strategies to the customer and internal NFI Parts BD.. ·         Identify competitive part numbers for potential sales opportunities and product line expansion.. ·         Attend and present at trade shows, regional conferences, and training events to represent the NFI brand.. ·         Generate leads through networking at industry events and follow up on all opportunities. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:. Education/Experience:. ·         Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.. ·         Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales, preferable in the automotive, heavy-duty vehicle, or transportation parts industry.. ·         Demonstrated success in managing a multi-state sales territory or regional sales accounts..  . Technical & Industry Knowledge:. ·         Strong understanding of bus, coach, or heavy-duty vehicle parts and systems.. ·         Familiarity with OEM and aftermarket parts sales models.. ·         Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).. ·         Ability to analyze data to inform stocking recommendations, pricing, and sales strategies..  . Sales & Communication Skills:. ·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.. ·         Strong negotiation and presentation skills.. ·         Proven ability to identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities across a broad customer base..  . Travel & Territory Management. :. ·         Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned regional territory (estimated 50–70% travel).. ·         Comfortable working independently in a remote or field-based role while coordinating closely with internal teams..  .
