We are seeking a highly skilled Support Engineer to join a dynamic technical team focused on solving complex customer issues. In this role, you will work closely with enterprise clients to troubleshoot advanced SQL and database problems, analyze system configurations, and optimize performance. The position requires hands-on experience with Linux, DevOps practices, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP). You will collaborate with multiple internal teams, including development, infrastructure, and product management, to ensure customers receive exceptional support. Accountabilities. Provide email and live technical support to enterprise customers, resolving complex issues and outages.. Investigate, reproduce, and report product bugs or feature requests to engineering teams.. Collaborate with developers, sales engineers, and technical account managers to keep teams informed about ongoing customer issues.. Optimize support workflows, create internal run-books, and maintain public documentation to improve team efficiency.. Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends and holidays as needed.. Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction by providing timely, clear, and accurate technical guidance.. . 4+ years of advanced customer-facing technical support experience.. Strong proficiency with SQL databases and query optimization, including understanding EXPLAIN plans and performance tuning.. Hands-on experience with Linux, system monitoring, and troubleshooting large-scale systems.. Deep expertise in Kubernetes, including deployment, cluster management, and debugging containerized workloads.. Experience with a scripting or programming language such as Python, Bash, or Go.. Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), including performance analysis and failure mitigation.. Experience improving support processes, ticket triage, and reporting business metrics..
