Performance Marketing Specialist . to take charge of our paid media campaigns across various platforms, including online marketplaces, with a focus primarily on Australia, UK, and US. Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across . Meta (Facebook/Instagram). , . Google. , and . TikTok (nice to have). with a focus on customer acquisition and ROI. . . Manage performance marketing budgets with a strong emphasis on efficiency, scalability, and performance optimization. . . Lead campaign planning and execution for priority markets: . Australia (primary), followed by the UK and the USA. . . . Analyze campaign performance across channels, generate actionable insights, and optimize based on key KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV, etc.). . . A/B test creatives, audiences, and placements to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. . . Collaborate closely with . Brand, CRM, D2C, and Creative teams. to ensure aligned messaging, cohesive customer journeys, and campaign success. . . Stay up to date on emerging media trends, algorithm changes, and industry benchmarks to keep Alpha-H competitive in the digital space. . . Prepare monthly reports and performance summaries to share with leadership and key stakeholders.. . Who We’re Looking For. . 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in D2C ecommerce or beauty/wellness industries. . . Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns across . Meta Ads Manager. , . Google Ads. , and ideally . TikTok Ads. . . . Proven track record of managing multi-market campaigns with measurable impact. . . Proficient in data analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms. . . Highly collaborative, able to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with various teams. . . Results-driven with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. . .
