Your Responsibilities. . Provide vital administrative assistance by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and facilitating communication in Danish.. . Support tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and maintaining a well-organized electronic filing system.. . Coordinate travel arrangements for team members to ensure seamless logistics.. . Approach daily tasks with a proactive attitude and use strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.. . Engage with clients and vendors in Danish, ensuring exceptional service and timely responses to inquiries.. . Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance overall efficiency and workflow.. . Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.. Previous experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is preferred.. Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.. Effective communication skills, with an ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with other administrative software tools.. Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote working environment..
