We're looking for a . proactive, resourceful Operations Manager. to lead the day-to-day business operations and make sure everything runs like clockwork. This role isn’t about managing factories or supply chains — our products are USA-made finished goods and shipped through 3PL partners. Instead, it's about taking initiative, solving problems, creating systems, and ensuring operational excellence without needing constant oversight.. Ideal candidates are based in . Brazil or LATAM. , fluent in English, and comfortable working EST/CST hours. You should have . experience in DTC e-commerce. , ideally in . human or pet supplements. , and be a natural at creating order and momentum within a growing startup.. Duties and Responsibilities. Vendor & Partner Management. . Act as the main point of contact for manufacturers, 3PL fulfillment partners, and logistics providers. . . Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely reorders with suppliers. . . Troubleshoot vendor and fulfillment issues, escalating when needed and ensuring resolution. . . Operational Excellence. . Manage internal workflows (order tracking, inventory reporting, vendor communication). . . Monitor and improve KPIs like inventory health, fulfillment speed, returns, and customer experience. . . Develop and maintain SOPs to create consistent, scalable operational processes. . . Decision-Making & Initiative. . Proactively identify and address operational gaps or inefficiencies. . . Anticipate risks (e.g., stockouts, shipping delays, bottlenecks) and implement solutions. . . Share data-backed insights and operational recommendations with leadership. . . Cross-Functional Collaboration. . Work closely with Marketing and Customer Support to ensure product availability aligns with active promotions. . . Partner with Finance to manage vendor invoices, track costs, and maintain budget alignment. . . Support executive leadership with special projects and scaling initiatives. . . Years of Experience. 3+ years in operations, vendor management, or business coordination (e-commerce or consumer goods preferred). . Background. . Experience working in fast-paced DTC brands — ideally with supplements (human or animal). . . Proven track record of independently managing logistics, vendors, or internal ops workflows. . . Strong understanding of e-commerce business operations and customer experience touchpoints. . . Tools and Software. . Proficient in . Google Sheets / Excel. for tracking and reporting. . .
