Accountabilities. As Engineering Manager, you will:. . Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technical staff to strengthen project delivery capabilities.. . Design and configure PLC/SCADA networks, integrated electrical and control systems, and related hardware.. . Specify and configure instrumentation, PLCs, communication systems, and industrial control panels.. . Oversee test procedures, documentation, and quality standards.. . Collaborate across engineering, design, production, and field service functions.. . Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.. . Manage project budgets and schedules while contributing to business growth strategies.. . Drive profit and loss (P&L) performance for the team and support long-term growth planning.. . . To succeed in this role, you should bring:. . A bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.. . 8+ years of experience in industrial automation or controls integration.. . At least 3 years of leadership and team management experience.. . Proficiency in developing PLC and HMI programs (Rockwell, Schneider Electric, Ignition, Aveva, etc.).. . Strong knowledge of process controls instrumentation and standard engineering practices.. . Ability to travel up to 30% for client and project needs.. . Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.. . Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate industrial sites (stairs, ladders, prolonged standing).. .
