Senior Influencer Manager / Lead. to join our . Special Projects team. and support the launch and execution of influencer campaigns for our . Music Label. . This is a project-based role, where you will take the lead in developing and implementing creative promotion strategies for both original tracks and managed artists.. Responsibilities:. Develop and implement influencer-driven music promotion strategies for TheSoul Music (original O&O tracks and managed artists).. . Continuously expand and maintain a database of influencers on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, and other platforms.. . Select influencers aligned with campaign goals, spanning nano, micro, mid-tier, and top-tier levels.. . Establish and maintain communication with influencers and agents: negotiate terms, close agreements, and manage ongoing relationships.. . Oversee the full campaign cycle: from sourcing and negotiations to creative brief writing, approvals, and reporting.. . Review and approve scripts, draft videos, and final creatives to ensure content quality and brand consistency.. . Manage campaign budgets, monitor expenses, and optimise performance.. . Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI, etc.), prepare reports, and present results to stakeholders.. . Monitor current content trends on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Snapchat Spotlight, integrating them into promotion strategies.. . Collaborate with internal teams (PR, SMM, production, A&R) to ensure comprehensive promotion of releases.. . Analyse competitors’ activity and identify new opportunities for growth.. . . 4–5+ years of proven experience in influencer marketing, specifically in music and artist promotion.. . Track record of executing medium- to large-scale campaigns (e.g., music seeding, artist promotion).. . Strong ability to attract, negotiate with, and manage influencers at all levels.. . Experience in writing and executing creative briefs.. . Skilled in reviewing and approving influencer content, ensuring both quality and alignment with goals.. . Excellent organisational skills: able to assign tasks, oversee deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met across multiple projects.. . Solid understanding of social media and music platform dynamics.. . Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced, remote-friendly environments.. .
