Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets through strategic pipeline development and customer acquisition.. . Develop and manage key CXO-level relationships and become a trusted advisor to enterprise clients.. . Lead discovery, solution positioning, and contract negotiations for complex SaaS sales cycles.. . Accurately forecast revenue and report key sales metrics through CRM systems and quarterly reviews.. . Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to support client outcomes.. . Guide and support the regional sales strategy by identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities.. . At least 5 years of successful enterprise software sales, ideally in Field Service, Workforce Management, or Asset Management.. . Proven record of exceeding sales targets and closing large, complex deals.. . Experience managing full-cycle sales processes with multiple stakeholders across enterprise accounts.. . Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of adapting to technical and non-technical audiences.. .
