In this strategic and creative role, you will lead the development and delivery of one of the company’s key learning initiatives—ranging from onboarding to leadership development or product training. You’ll shape the learning experience end-to-end, partnering with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure the program meets business objectives and enhances learner success. Using your instructional design expertise and data-driven mindset, you’ll create impactful, inclusive, and engaging learning experiences. This is a highly collaborative and autonomous role that offers both strategic input and hands-on execution in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.. . Accountabilities:. . Lead the full lifecycle of one major learning initiative, such as onboarding, product training, or leadership development.. . Design and deliver diverse learning formats including eLearning, microlearning, live sessions, guides, and job aids.. . Consult cross-functionally to assess learning needs, propose solutions, and drive engagement.. . Facilitate training sessions and promote inclusive, learner-centered practices.. . Collaborate with your manager to prioritize goals, refine learning strategies, and support organizational development.. . Analyze learning outcomes using feedback, performance metrics, and usage data to drive continuous improvement.. . Manage program logistics including scheduling, LMS setup, and stakeholder communication.. . Support the team on broader initiatives and help maintain quality and consistency across L&D programs.. . Promote awareness and responsible adoption of AI tools and practices through learning content and initiatives.. . Stay current on learning technologies, trends, and methodologies to enhance program effectiveness.. . . 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with strong instructional design and facilitation skills.. . Proven track record of leading learning programs from design through execution in partnership with leadership.. . Deep understanding of adult learning theory, inclusive design, and learner engagement strategies.. . Proficiency with learning tools such as Absorb LMS, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and the Microsoft Office Suite.. . Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across diverse functions.. . Experience in designing leadership development programs is highly preferred.. . Interest in or experience with learning content related to AI adoption is a plus.. . Ability to assess program impact through data and make informed improvements.. .
