We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Implementation Specialist to lead the end-to-end implementation of complex solutions for new customers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and strategic clients to ensure smooth onboarding, fast time to value, and a strong foundation for long-term success. You will manage projects, provide technical guidance, and serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them navigate change and optimize adoption. Manage and execute end-to-end implementation and onboarding projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met. . Develop and execute implementation plans tailored to each customer’s needs, with a focus on enterprise clients. . Serve as the customer’s primary guide and advocate throughout the implementation process. . Apply change management practices to help customers adapt to new systems and processes. . Provide technical guidance on complex solutions and advise on best practices to maximize value. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations. . Proactively identify customer challenges and opportunities, recommending process improvements. . Maintain thorough documentation of project plans, customer configurations, and internal knowledge. . . Proven experience managing and executing implementation or onboarding projects in a customer-facing role. . Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent relationship-building and communication skills. . Demonstrated ability to understand technical solutions and guide customers through complex systems. . Skilled in project management, with the ability to organize, track, and deliver on multiple initiatives. . Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives. . Comfortable working remotely and managing stakeholders across distributed teams. . Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented approach. . Detail-oriented, technically proficient, and data-driven. . Advanced English communication skills. . Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%) for strategic customer engagements. .
