As a Salesforce Administrator, you will:. . Own and manage Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud instances.. . Handle user administration, including profiles, roles, permissions, and access.. . Customize objects, record types, page layouts, fields, and validation rules.. . Build and optimize declarative automation using Flows and occasionally Process Builder.. . Create, maintain, and troubleshoot reports and dashboards for multiple teams.. . Partner with GTM teams to integrate Salesforce with tools like Revenue.io, Chili Piper, Zoom, Pardot, and Zapier.. . Lead internal Salesforce training, onboarding, and support.. . Maintain data hygiene through deduplication, enrichment, and lead list uploads.. .
