Key Responsibilities. Build and deploy outbound campaigns using Clay as the core orchestration engine. Design signal-based prospecting workflows (intent data, trigger events, enrichment pipelines). Integrate and optimize outbound tool stack (e.g., SmartLead, HeyReach, n8n). Reduce time-to-launch for new campaigns. Continuously test messaging, sequencing, and targeting hypotheses. Implement automation to improve performance and efficiency. Own CRM attribution feedback loops and iteration cycles. Collaborate with Fractional CRO leadership on revenue strategy. Must-Haves:. Deep, hands-on experience with Clay (non-negotiable). Proven outbound campaign architecture experience. Experience working in a fast-paced agency or startup environment.
