Accountabilities. . Partner with product and business leaders to support go-to-market strategies and business growth.. . Lead end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, and state-level revenue and unit economics modeling.. . Build and maintain scalable reporting tools and dashboards to track performance against plan.. . Deliver clear and actionable financial recommendations to executive stakeholders.. . Support financial planning for mature business operations and early-stage initiatives.. . Drive long-range planning processes tied to strategic growth, resource allocation, and investment opportunities.. . Continuously improve financial systems, processes, and forecasting accuracy.. . Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, product, and strategy teams to ensure alignment across key objectives.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.. . 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably supporting high-growth product, GTM, or operations teams in tech or financial services.. . Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; ability to build and iterate on complex financial models.. . Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.. . Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.. .
