Design and deploy automation workflows that connect various tools via APIs. . Lead technical onboarding and implementation projects for federal customers. . Deliver professional services engagements, including on-site work in secure environments as needed. . Educate customers on automation best practices and workflow optimization. . Act as a key technical partner during customer expansion and success planning. . Collaborate with Sales Engineers, CSMs, and Account Executives to grow federal presence. . Serve as a thought leader through technical content and public presentations. . Act as a voice of the customer internally to influence product development and documentation. . Support cross-functional initiatives across product, marketing, and engineering teams. . . 10+ years of experience in technical customer support or professional services. . 10+ years working with or supporting U.S. Government agencies. . Strong understanding of API integration and documentation. . Hands-on experience with programming or scripting languages. . Background in security tools and automation technologies. . Experience delivering scoped implementation or consulting projects. . Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially within federal agencies. . TS/SCI clearance preferred (current or previously held, ideally via Guard or Reserves). . Willingness to travel up to 40%, primarily within the DMV area. .
