Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.. Role Overview:. We are looking for an experienced Client Service Officer / Paraplanner to join our client’s growing offshore team supporting a leading Australian financial advisory practice. This role is designed for someone who can work independently, take initiative, and build trust within the team. You will play a key role in enhancing the client experience by ensuring smooth, efficient, and professional support across client service and paraplanning tasks.. Key Responsibilities: . . Manage end-to-end client service processes to ensure seamless client experiences.. . Prepare and review Statements of Advice (SoAs), Records of Advice (RoAs), and other compliance-related documents.. . Support financial advisers by handling paraplanning tasks with accuracy and timeliness.. . Maintain and update client records in CRM systems.. . Liaise with product providers and clients to follow up on applications, transactions, and outstanding requirements.. . Ensure compliance with Australian financial services regulations and company policies.. . Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to a positive team culture.. . . Minimum 5 years of experience in client services, paraplanning, or a similar role in financial planning/wealth management.. . Should be based in Cebu, Philippines, and willing to report onsite in Cebu once a physical office has been established.. . Strong understanding of financial planning processes and compliance requirements.. . Experience with SMSF, Family Trusts and personal life insurance . . Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.. . Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.. . Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to liaise confidently with advisers, providers, and clients.. . Proficiency with financial planning software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.. .
