This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and enjoy providing exceptional customer support in German. As a member of our team, you will assist customers with their inquiries related to vehicles and services, ensuring a seamless experience.. Key Responsibilities. . Manage customer inquiries regarding vehicle specifications, features, and purchasing processes via phone, email, and chat in German.. . Provide detailed information on vehicle models, pricing, and financing options to assist customers in their decision-making.. . Assist customers with scheduling test drives and maintenance appointments, as well as addressing any concerns they may have.. . Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and reporting purposes.. . Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and ensure effective service delivery.. . Stay informed about industry trends, company products, and promotional campaigns to provide relevant information to customers.. . . Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and/or Greek is a plus.. .
