Your Role:. . Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate assistance in Russian through chats, emails and calls.. . Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.. . Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.. . Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.. . Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.. . . Fluent in Russian, advanced English.. . Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.. . Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fast speed typing is a plus.. . Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.. . Confident PC user (aware of cookies/cashу and why/when should clean them).. . Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.. . Ability to work in shifts - Morning, Afternoon, Night. Ability to work 5 days a week (including weekends).. .
